MUNICIPAL COURT DEFENSE

For 33 years Anthony M. Sellitto, Jr. has represented defendants charged with drunk driving, other motor vehicle and minor criminal offenses in municipal courts throughout the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Sellitto is a former municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sellitto was an assistant prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutor's office.
