CRIMINAL DEFENSE

For 33 years Anthony M. Sellitto, Jr. has represented defendants charged with serious indictable offenses in the Superior Court.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sellitto was an assistant prosecutor with the Union County Prosecutor's office.

Mr. Sellitto is also a former municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender.

Mr. Sellitto has had a number of criminal cases that have become legal precedents in the State of New Jersey.
